More about me:
I've been a physical education teacher for 25 years. Working with special education students. I owned a one on one training facility,coached varsity football and track. I'm a soccer and track official at the varsity level. I like to associate with people who are positive in life. I enjoy staying in shape physically and mentally. I don't watch to much T.V.. (To much garbage on). I read a great deal and find it relaxing and informative. I'm always looking to better myself as a person and go forward. By reading,listening,going to lectures and speaking to positive people,this will help me grow as an individual. The bottom line is you have to act on it. Faith and family is important to me. I have a wonderful wife and two beautiful girls who keep me busy. Having a good attitude will only help you.

There are alot of myths out there about how to get "Nice Abs.". Your abdominal muscle is like any other muscle in your body. Genitics fall into this cateagory as well. What you have is what you have. Can you work on them, you bet.
