Yes I have written a number of ebooks.
Most of my ebooks are reports that I have crafted to build my list.
Another one of my ebooks is a transcript of interviews I did with master pizzaiolo.
I do have a cook book called The Pizza Therapy Pizza Book.
Here is the link:

There are many ways to format your ebook to pdf.
You can download Open Office:
http://www.openoffice.org/
Basically Open Office is a free suite of tools like MS office. One of the tools inside is a pdf converter.
You can also download a free trial of adobe or other pdf converters. Just make sure your ebook is ready to go and formatted before you doenload the trial version.
I use a software called edocprinter pro. Here is the website:
http://iteksoft.com/
I like them becasue they are very responsive with support issues.
If you search for a free pdf you should be able to find one.
My Pizza Therapy Pizza Book has been the mainstay of my website. I sell copies every month.
Here is the model that I use to market it:
I give away a free dough recipe to get people on my email list. Then I gently promote my ebook and other products to my list.
My advice is to get your book out there.
You can do the same thing I did: give away a few recipes or chapters of your ebook.
There are many ways that you can promote it for free. Here are a couple of ways:
set up a free blog at blogger, set up a free squidoo page.
I hope this helps.

Hi Joe,
Do you have the inclination to tell us how you re-formatted your ebook to Acrobat PDF? Do I have to buy some software to do it?
xoxoxo,
